I had lots of fun making this cake! A doll cake with a twist, I used flesh colored fondant to cover the top of the neck and made a fondant bone sticking out. The guts hanging from the head are also fondant and the blood is decorating gel that I made (used red and brown coloring). I had to cut a bobby pin and used it around the thumb to fasten to hair.
