This was a custom ordered cake from a customer who wanted a four tiered cake for her friend who was turning 60. The top had to be her dog, which wsa carved from chocolate. THe top tier has to be her career as a pathologist. The next tier had to be about her love of the game bridge. The third tier was about her graduation from high school,, adn the last was of her being from the Jersey Shore and her love of Jenkinsons and the beach. VERY DETAILED.
