I did this cake for a friends son who was going to the Great Wolf Lodge in Texas. They wanted the woodlands type theme with the animals and a tree that is pictured at the lodge. The cake is vanilla with strawberry cream cheese filling covered in fondant. with gumpaste animals and candy clay tree and logs.
