This cake i did for my aunt's 50th birthday. I used a white frosting base (but you can use fondant if you like) The polka dots and name are fondant that i cookie cut into the shapes. The balloons are real, regular balloons that are on special sticks stuck into the cake. This is a really easy cake that makes a huge impression! Please comment :D
