A huge thank you goes out to Sherrisenger for her help and answering all my questions on this. I made this for a teacher's birthday. It was a huge hit. The center of the base is a lime creamcicle cake based on Macsmom orange creamsicle cake. The filling is lime curd cream cheese. The cake was frosted in cream cheese and encircled with white chocolate dipped pirouette cookies with pink sanding sugar and fabric ribbon. The top is all cupcakes based on SherriS idea here http://cakecentral.com/modules.php?name=gallery&file=displayimage&pid=1816236 I couldn't find the Solo cups so I used the white nut cups. Cupcakes were spice cake with cream cheese frosting. All in all I am pleased with it and it was fun to do. Thanks for looking :-)
