This is a rootbeer float cake. The recipie actually has root beer in it. I baked a 9x13 and cut it in half lenghthwise, stacked it on top of each other, and then cut the handle but making a curve in the top. I then moved the handle to the side, and what was left rounded on the top I decorated with rossettes to look like root beer foam. The icing is also root beer flavor.
