White Chocolate Scroll Cake

The cake was iced in buttercream. I tried a new technique for me and printed some simple scroll designs I found on the web. I cut the scrolls out, taped them on cardboard and covered the cardboard with wax paper. Then I piped white chocolate on the wax paper, stuck it in the fridge for a few minutes and the chocolate peeled off easily. It was so easy to create an elegant design. The pieces that broke were just used to fill in space on the cake
