This is my first-EVER bow and spirals cake! My first time to also make red velvet. I created this cake for my sister-in-law who also loves baking. We often talk about one day trying red velvet cake, so I finally made one. This red velvet cake is covered in cream cheese/mascarpone cheese frosting (*absolutely divine*), then embellished with MMF white flowers, red bow and black/grey spirals, bottom pipe work in black/grey RI sprinkled with silver cachous. I actually had so many accidents with this cake (which I will upload later), and due to time restrictions I didn't bother tidying up the white flowers (edges are crusty, not smooth). But I am still very happy with it! Plus, the b-day celebrant loved it so much she didn't want to share! TFL! :-P
