My niece asked me to make a "surprise" college jersey cake as a surprise Groom's/Birthday cake for her now-hubby. Added initials of a best friend who had passed away the year prior (lower left corner of jersey) Cake was 1/4 sheet cut diagonally top to bottom then flip/stacked for the extra height at shoulders. Used mini wonder mold for shoulders. Torted all and filled/frosted with buttercream then covered in fondant. "ND" letters on shoulders were buttercream, lettering on lower right tag was edible marker. Cake was a hit at the wedding. Groom was surprised/touched and loved it :) TFL
