8 inch fruit cake covered with marzipan and rolled fondant - daughter says'...Mum, can you mak me a quick cake...he's a Leeds United fan...need it in a couple of days...' so, the model is a replica of the guy who's cake it is, complete with red hair and spectacles! Hope he likes it:- quickest cake I have ever made! 2 days :)
