I made this for my dad's 60th birthday. I tempered white chocolate and after pouring into a pan and letting them set, I cut them into 4 x 2 rectangles. I copied 24 photos of my dad life from birth till now onto edible image paper and secured them to the chocolate with a thin layer of piping gel. Bottom tier is carrot cake with cream cheese frosting and top two tiers were white chocolate cake with white chocolate whipped ganache with white chocolate shavings on top of all 3 layers. I LOVE white chocolate, but after doing this cake, I have no desire of having any - at least for a little while.
