I made this cake for my Tall cakes class. This was my first time trying out scroll work, I need more practice, but it turned out ok. Both tiers are iced w/ the wedding crusting creme cheese icing here on CC. Top tier is red velvet w/ same icing as filling and bottom layer is french vanilla also a recipe from here on CC w/a cookies and creme pudding filling. Cakes tasted amazing.
