all sushi made from fondant. Board is cake covered in fondant and painted with food color to look like wood. Small pieces of cake under the larger pieces of sushi and in the small rolls. Wasabi and ginger are fondant rolled very thin and piled up. For my husbands birthday, he loves sushi and was thrilled with the cake. TFL
