This was my first time to ever make a cookie cake. It didnt turn out the way I wanted. I ended up making two. The first wasnt done all the way and I didnt know it, and the 2nd one was too crunchy. I used 2 rolls of cookie dough, added ¼ cup of light corn syrup per roll. Cook on 325 for 30-45 mins. I cooked the first one 30 mins, and the 2nd one for like 44 mins. Any suggestions on how to make a good soft cookie cake?
