Three layer (2 WASC, and one strawberry layer) cake with butter creme, ganache and fresh berries! This was my first for a few things, my first time trying the WASC recipe, which was fab! The strawberry layer was made with the WASC method and was amazing as well! First time using the Viva method to smooth my butter cream! It was awesome! The cake tasted sooo great! Thanks for all the ideas! My BFF is a scrapbooker, so I made the top in honor of her!
