Wedding cake for a friend based off Collette Peters' doughnut cake, for a cop's wedding. Four tiers of cake - all the doughnut layers and the coffee mug. Dark chocolate spice cake with raspberry mousse filling and BC frosting for all tiers except the bottom one. That one is yellow spice cake with the same filling/BC frosting. My first wedding cake, my first topsy turvy cake and I was THRILLED with how it turned out.
