This is the 1st cake I have ever made using fondant for a figure and to cover the cake. My Daughter turned 3 in May this year and we had her birthday party at Chuck E Cheese. She LOVES Chuck E so naturally, I wanted to make a special cake for her party. I thought my cake turned out pretty good considering it was my first attempt. The top tier of the cake was a coconut cream and the bottom was a gourmet chocolate, both covered with butter cream and then fondant. Everyone loved the taste.
