This is a 2 tier white cake with Vanilla buttercream under fondant. Filling on top layer is chocolate ganache with fresh raspberries. Filling on bottom layer is caramel. The theme for my nephew's first birthday was planes, trains and automobiles. The cake has a plane on the top layer and a train on the top layer. The clouds are white decorator icing piped into piles with a large plain tip.
