The couple wanted a simple cake with a Celtic ring of eternity. All done in fondant. The ring around the middle tier took about two hours to do, it was so time consuming. I painted white fondant with silver luster dust for the silver affect. I think it would have looked nice with the ring around each tier but it would have been way to time consuming to do that.
