Birthday cake for a 4 year old girl who wanted a princess, cat and horse cake. The cake is buttercream with royal flowers. The towers are gumpaste with icecream cone tops covered in royal and colored sugar. Molded chocolate cats on the cake. There was also a chocolate horse and carriage to finish out her theme.
