For this cake I decided to go with a Safari theme. The tiger tier was a vanilla and chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream filling covered in airbrushed fondant. For the second tier I wanted to incorporate some greenery so I thought that hand painting a forest would be a good idea. The animals then were my biggest challenge. This was the first cake I had done where I would need to make animal figures but in the end it turned out to be a lot of fun. Lastly the tree on the very top of the cake was made with RCT covered with chocolate.
