This cake was created for a girl who was going off to university to be a teacher. I choose to create a suitcase as she has to move quite a ways from home and the book was the school element. it had a very nice poem on it. The family requested that the poem on the book not be edible so she could keep it and put it in the frame they were giving her. TFL
