Birthday cake for my neighbor/friend. Theme is based on his "anthem" for his lake home - Goin to Barbados (on Coconut Airways...) Plane, tree trunk, suitcase are all RKT covered with fondant. Other decorations are fondant/gumpaste, graham cracker crumbs and coconut.
