This was for my friend's baby shower. The basketball is RKT and the shoes, stars and pacifier are gumpaste. Much thanks to stellarstarchild for the template for the shoes. Everything else is fondant.

Hey, what did you use to support the top tier? I meant how did you attach the tier to those balls?
Hi Manisha123! I used the Wilton globe and pillar set so those balls are just the plastic gloves covered in fondant. The globes slide onto the pillars.
