This is a cake I did for a friends daughter's fourth birthday. It is a yellow cake with vanilla butter cream icing and fresh strawberries in the layers. All the decorations are gum paste. I baked the cake in a 14" round cake pan cut it in half then hollowed out the center of the cake, I realized afterwards I should have cut off only a 1/3 of the cake which was a easy fix. I took the other half and cut two pieces to fit at the ends of the rainbow.
