I wanted to make a classy cake for our daughter for receiving her Masters degree. She deserved a special gift for her awesome accomplishment. This is a chocolate fudge cake with chocolate PBcup buttercream filling. I baked an 8" square cake and cut in into fourths. I used 2 sections for this personal sized cake. I covered it with white & black fondant & used black buttercream for the piping. I made the bow out of fondant/gumpaste mix. The tag is an edible image on fondant.
