Did this Flordia Gator Cake for one of my friends birthday, no fondant but it was pretty tricky to ice. I cut out a box and drew the gator and made a 1/2 sheet cake, froze the cake, cut out the card board and layed it on the cake to carve it. Then, I knew it wasnt going to not match up when I started to decorate because I had already drew it on the card board. Was really fun and tricky :)
