made this cake for a friend's birthday. the hello kitty is made of fondant covered rice krispies sitting in her cupcake throne made of cake and biscotti. the cake is 1 vanilla and 1strawberry layer made from scratch, almond buttercream icing, vanilla mmf, and fondant ice cream cone,cupcake and lollipop shapes are on the sides. cake board also covered in fondant. this was so fun to make I love hello kitty!!
