This is my second wedding cake. Made for a gorgeous couple who were married on the stunning Noosa River here in Queensland, Australia. Bottom tier 12 inch cherry ripe mudcake, layered and coated with dark chocolate ganache. Top tier 9 inch white chocolate and Baileys liqueur mudcake, layered and coated with white chocolate ganache. Covered in ivory fondant and decorated with hand rolled scrolls ( I have now bought a clay gun!). Fresh flower topper supplied by the bride.
