Little Sister Birthday Cake

Darn Good Choc Cake with Choc Syrup Frosting and my recently submitted Choc Mousse Filling=Death By Chocolate! It was a fabulous hit! I did however have a problem with Fondariffic chocolate ordered from GSA. It was like a rock! I had to heat in micowave for 10 sec at a time (30 sec total) to get it workable. What a nightmare. Then it tore, strecthed etc. ended up having to ply it off. My top 6" looked like a chia pet! Then I put my reliable Satin Ice white on. I was in a panic by then. I think it was ok given the circumstances. Everyone loved my filling and the cake! TFL
