I made this cake for a client that wanted to honor his wife on her birthday. He said that she is the queen of his heart so he wanted this cake full of hearts and very regal! He asked me to put a baby on the top because they are expecting a baby. I had so much fun making this cake and I think I went a lil over board with it. The top layer is red velvet cake and the bottom is dulce the leche. All decorations are fondant with candy hearts.
