I made this cake for my friend who lived in Africa for two years. This was one of my first practice cakes. It was a 10" chocolate cake with coffee buttercream..it was so amazingly good!!! It's covered and decorated with MMF. The Africa was traced and the elephants, trees and birds were freehand with an exacto knife...very time consuming, but worth it!
