She wanted a pink and purple barbie cake and so she got it. I bought a Wilton pan but some pieces were missing from the box, so I just used 2 glass bowls. The frosting is homemade buttercream and the decorations are fondant. I cut the flowers too thick but for my first barbie cake I was pleased and it was a LOT of fun. I wrapped barbie's legs in plastic and cut a hole for her and stuck her in. I bought the barbie with the bodice painted on because I was not going to attempt that.
