Granddaughter's teacher ordered a cake for the other teacher. Her favorite color is green and she loves Red Velvet Cake. So that is what I made, with cream cheese filling and MMF flavored in strawberry. The decorations didn't come out too good cause I made the gumpaste that is on the gum tex can from Wilton and it didn't come out good.
