Each tier is a layer of white cake and a layer of chocolate cake with fresh strawberries in the middle. Iced in buttercream and covered in fondant. Made fondant roses tipped in gold shimmer and fondant pearls also done with gold shimmer. Leaves are also fondant. Had a problem trying to make gold icing to do the writing so just settled for green.
