Raw Ahi Tuna Fillets On Cutting Board on Cake Central

Cake made for my grandpa on Father's Day. His favorite food is seafood, particularly fish, so I decided to go for a raw fish fillet cake. Wood cutting board is banana cake with indydebi's buttercream as filling. Tuna fillets are peanut butter cake with ShirleyW's peanut butter cup filling (my grandpa LOVES peanut butter and Reese's). All covered in ganache and Michele Foster's white chocolate fondant (SO much tastier than ready-made fondant), and hand-painted. Next time I'd probably dilute the colors more and add layers of paint for more dimension. Lemons made from gumpaste. My second fondant cake, fourth cake overall. Thanks for looking! :)
