I made this cake for a woman turning 51 who said she felt like she was 29......so why not give her a cake that looks as young and fun as she feels? She was absolutely thrilled with it and still talking about how much she loved it two days later. ;-) Cake is WASC, iced in Buttercream and filled with Vanilla Buttercream and raspberry jam. Decorations are fondant/ gumpaste.
