Got the brilliant idea to make little mini cakes for a Valentine's dinner. I do not recommend this. They were miserable to do and I had to make 50. Half were chocolate with pink icing and white piping and half were white with white icing and piping. Got much kudos, but I'd be hardpressed to do it again.
