This cake was awesome fun! it is blue SMBC with fondant accents. The plane is 50 / 50 gumpaste/fondant. Top tier is gingerbread with garamel glaze and vanilla SMBC. bottom tier is chocolate fudge cake with vanilla SMBC. The clouds are 7 minute frosting.
