White Wedding Cake
I am very happy with how this cake turned out. I used Tonedna's buttercream icing and Sharon Zambito's icing method for square cakes, and this cake came together like a dream! I don't like the scale of it - the middle tier is just too big. I'm not a big fan of off-setting the tiers, and I really don't like it when they hang over the edge of the one below. This is a 6"/9"/12". Carrot cake with cream cheese filling on top; chocolate fudge with raspberry fluff filling for the middle tier; lemon with lemon curd on the bottom. Buttercream all around. The flowers really made this cake. The florist did all the flowers.
