This is a cake made for my son's friend who is leaving for the United States Naval Academy. The anchor is carved with a fondant rope and the cake is peanutbutter and chocolate with buttercream. The two tiered is fondant w/ gumpaste letters made from my cricut cake. The cakes are yellow with strawberry mousse and one is peanutbetter with chocolate mousse.
