For a young mom celebrating her birthday. 'Could you do something with a farm theme?' As she only wanted a small cake to serve 6, I didn't have all that much space to work with, but I still wanted to 'dress it up' a bit. So I made all baby farm animals like piglets and a lamb. Added a few ducks, a scarecrow, a wheelbarrow with litlle carrots, some hay, some flowers, a picket fence. It was a lot of fun to make and I always love how you can still be creative on small cakes. She loved it and left in uncut for three days, because she just didn't want to ruin it. Her boys thought it was Playdoh! I had a laugh over that... all fondant, but still a good guess litlle fellows!
