For my husband's birthday I made a lake with our boat and a dinosaur (husband) captain, snakes, turtles, ducks etc.. Included the ajoining golf course and a card-themed cake for his current interests. Cakes were Butter Pecan with butter pecan filling, double chocolate pound cake with chocolate filling and strawberry cake with key lime filling. Buttercream with Fondant covering, and fondant/gumpaste, piping gel decorations. Only non-edibles were car and dinosaur. Lots of fun!
