Here's the wedding cake I worked on for Saturday. It's an 8/10/12 combination. All vanilla cake. The top tier had raspberry filling, the middle had strawberry and the bottom had oreo buttercream filling. Buttercream frosting with a cornflower blue fondant ribbon. The top and bottom tier had piped swiss dots and the middle tier had scroll work. This was my first time doing any piping on a cake. My sister usually does the piping, but she is out on maternity leave, so I had to bite the bullet and pipe decorations! Really pleased with how it turned out, especially once we got it set up!
