This is a cake I did for a baby shower (obviously) this weekend. I filled it with this amazing whipped buttercream filling (that's made with three times the normal amount of butter I usually use and a 1/3 cup of heavy whipping cream). Cake and all decor are 100% edible. Buttercream icing, fondant decor. This cake was inspired by the cakes at Pink Cake Box.
