thanks for your comments, grnadma, it was very easy to put the layer on top, I just transfered it with a spatula, just be careful not to touch it, it will leave finger prints
they are 10 and 6 inch pans
I think it turned out just find. I am planning to make my sister a two tier cake, one cake covered in ganache. Did you have a hard time putting the smaller cake on top?
