This was my first "paid job". It was a little streesful, as I had never done a soccer ball cake before, and I had to transport it 1 1/2 hours to the party site. Still, despite the fact that I had to stretch the back pieces a little to make it all fit, it still turned out okay. The birthday boy loved it, but wasn't sure he could really eat it until he saw it cut!
