I had the blessing and joy of being asked to make a cake celebrating the Golden Wedding anniversary of a most special couple. to me personally they have been a guide and inspiration for my life, and this was the result. The cake was my favorite fruit cake recipie with home made almond milk jello fondant. It was a definate hit here in Holland and went down well .
