I had gotten the dvd teaching me how to decorate a cake like this from yummyarts.com and my church was having it's fall festival so I thought, yeah! Let's do it! it's an apple spice cake with cream cheese filling and fondant decos. I was running out of time so the fondant didn't dry right and it drooped. It was supposed to have a second tier, too but the carrot cake I made literally crumbled and fell completely apart when I tried to ice it. It was my first and last time using that recipe!
