This cake was a devil to make, but an angel to eat. I lost my cake decorating confidence and many things were goin wrong with this cake. Fell over during transportation (back was crushed), fondant would not smooth on middle layer, rebaked top layer cake, cannot get cake level usually lean to the left and when I was smoothing the fondant the cake and icing kept on crumbling down. Please someone tell me what I was doing wrong?
